Types of Deals 

We offer a mix of First, Second, Commercial and Blanket Mortgages at competitive rates

LTV'S Ranging from 

  • 1st mortgages: LTV <75%, typically 70% , Return 10.5% 

  • 2nd mortgages: LTV < 80% ​, typically 70%-80%Return 11% - 12.0% 

  • Majority of homes are valued less than $1,000,000

  • 90% are single family dwellings 

  • Southwestern Ontario. Mostly 250 km radius of Hamilton.
